Margot Wain, formerly director, daytime programs for CBS Entertainment, has been promoted to vice president, daytime programs, CBS Entertainment vice president, daytime Angelica McDaniel said Friday.
Reporting to McDaniel, Wain will continue to serve as current executive for CBS soaps “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful,” as well as game show “The Price Is Right.” Wain is responsible for working with those shows’ writers and producers on day-to-day creative and strategic elements.

Wain, who’s been involved with “The Bold and the Beautiful” since its 1987 premiere, has also worked on “Press Your Luck,” “Capitol,” “The $25,000 Pyramid,” “Tattletales” and “Card Sharks.”
