Ratings: Channing Tatum Boosts ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls’ to Series High

Fox tops demo ratings, CBS gets most viewers

Channing Tatum boosted Bear Grylls’ NBC survival show to a new series high on Monday, but it wasn’t enough to overtake Fox for first in ratings. Led by “MasterChef,” Fox topped NBC by one-tenth of a ratings point in the key demographic.

CBS was tops in viewers, mostly thanks to “Under the Dome.”

Fox was first in ratings with a 1.6 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demo and third in viewers with an average of 4.5 million, according to preliminary numbers. “MasterChef” at 8 p.m. earned a night-high 1.8/6 and had 5.2 million viewers. “Hotel Hell” at 9 received a 1.3/4 and 3.8 million viewers.

NBC was second in ratings with a 1.5/5 and fourth in viewers with 4.4 million. “Running Wild With Bear Grylls” at 8 earned a 1.5/5 and 4.6 million viewers. “American Ninja Warrior” at 9 got a 1.4/4 and 4.3 million viewers.

ABC and Univision tied for third in ratings, both with a 1.3/4. ABC was second in viewers with 4.6 million, Univision was fifth with 3.5 million viewers.

For ABC, “Bachelor in Paradise” had a 1.4/5 and 5.1 million viewers. “Mistresses” at 10 got a 1.0/3 and 3.5 million viewers.

CBS was fifth in ratings with a 1.2/4 and first in viewers with 5.5 million. Following reruns, “Under the Dome” at 10 earned a 1.5/5 and a night-best 6.9 million viewers.

Telemundo and The CW tied for sixth in ratings, both with a 0.5 rating. However, Telemundo had a 2 share versus CW’s 1. Telemundo was sixth in total viewers with 1.33 million. CW was seventh with 1.29 million.
