As if it needed it. The Tony Award winner will join Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart in the limited season repertoire of the two plays, which will show at the Cort Theatre this fall. Crudup has appeared on stage to great acclaim in such productions as "The Elephant Man" and "The Coast of Utopia." On-screen he is best known for his roles in "Watchmen" and "Almost Famous."
In addition. Tony winner Shuler Hensley ("Oklahoma!") will appear in the two shows, which will officially open on Nov. 24, 2013 and run for 14 weeks.
"Waiting for Godot" is already enjoyed a sold-out run in London’s West End in 2009 with the two "X-Men" stars playing the lead roles. Prior to hitting Broadway, "No Man’s Land" will play a brief engagement in August at Berkeley Repertory in Berkeley, Calif., with McKellen, Stewart, Crudup and Hensley.
