NBC News’ Katy Tur got a rise out of Donald Trump on Monday when she appeared on “Morning Joe” to criticize the presumptive GOP nominee’s campaign.
“He doesn’t have much of campaign,” Tur said. “He hasn’t grown since he got the nomination. The campaign is saying they are currently trying to grow the operation and they will be growing the operation.”
Tur went on to explain that Trump relies on one person, Hope Hicks, to manage all of the campaign’s media requests.
“I’ve heard there’s growing internal dissent,” co-host Joe Scarborough said.
“And there’s growing internal dissent,” agreed Tur. “Absolutely.”
Trump quickly fired back on Twitter.

Trump must have missed an earlier segment of “Morning Joe,” in which Scarborough called the billionaire “completely racist” for bringing up Indiana-born Judge Gonzalo Curiel’s Mexican heritage as a conflict of interest in his ability to preside over lawsuits related to Trump University.
