Fox released a new teaser for episode three of the new season of “Empire” on Tuesday.
In brief clip, we get a look at Terrence Howard‘s Lucious addressing a crowd in front of the Empire offices — and apparently out of prison — and of a new musical performance featuring rapper Pitbull. The full teaser will run during Wednesday’s episode of “Rosewood,” ahead of episode two of “Empire.”
Episode one of season two returned to massive ratings on Sept. 23. The show returned to 16 million viewers in live ratings, just shy of the series record of 16.7 million set by the season one finale. It was also the most tweeted hour of scripted broadcast programming ever, generating over 1.3 million tweets.
“Empire” airs on Fox on Wednesdays at 9pm/8c and “Rosewood” airs at 8pm/7c.
