Fox Promotes Mike Dunn to President of Product Strategy

Dunn previously served as president of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and as director of the Fox Innovation Lab

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment president Mike Dunn has been promoted to the newly created position of president of product strategy and consumer business development for the studio, chairman and CEO Stacey Snider announced Thursday.

Effective immediately, Dunn will lead consumer business development and product strategy around new business ventures, new media platforms, distribution models, and oversee partnerships and opportunities with new technological and international companies and markets. Dunn will also continue to oversee the Home Entertainment Division.

Prior to his newly appointment position, Dunn served as president of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and as director of the Fox Innovation Lab. He is also on the Digital Entertainment Group’s (DEG) Board of Directors, and on the Consumer Technology Association’s (CTA) Board of Industry Leaders (BIL).

“Mike has been an industry leader helping to ensure Fox is driving the development of innovative technology and new consumer experiences across all formats and distribution models,” said Snider in a statement. “I am confident that elevating him into this newly created role will further our position as a global leader in the new media landscape.”

Dunn added, “It is an incredibly dynamic time in the industry with a rapidly evolving media landscape, and Fox has a significant opportunity to leverage technology and new business opportunities to liberate the creative vision of our films.”
