The partnership will feature documentaries and movies, as well as red carpet interviews and talks with filmmakers

Frontiers Media has teamed with DirecTV to provide special behind-the-scenes coverage of the LGBT Film Festival, Outfest, via DirecTV’s platform Outfest Outline.

Outfest Online gives nationwide access to curated selection of films from the LGBT film festival, as well as to Frontiers’ behind-the-scenes videos. This is the first time Outfest and its films are offered through a third party platform.

The site features a collection of shorts, documentaries and feature length films from past and present Outfest, and will now include red carpet interviews, talks with filmmakers and VIP access to parties. Moreover, Frontiers Media will draw guest hosts from the various LGBT influencers and talent.

Outfest was founded by UCLA students in 1982 and promotes equality by creating, sharing and protecting LGBT stories on screen.
