Bradley Cooper Doesn’t ‘Know Anything’ About ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ or If He Just Spoiled the Sequel (Video)

“He played whatshisname’s dad. You know who I’m talking about? The Dark Lord … the main guy,” Rocket Raccoon voice actor says as he struggles to remember the 2014 Marvel movie

For a guy who played one of the “Guardians of the Galaxy,” Bradley Cooper doesn’t know very much about it.

The actor was promoting his latest film, “Burnt,” alongside co-star Sienna Miller when he struggled to name a single character in the movie. And when he did finally manage to kinda, sorta spit out a name, Miller fears he may have just “leaked” something from the sequel that director James Gunn is planning.

“Who will be the next villain in the sequel of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’?” an interviewer asked at a press junket.

Josh Brolin‘s the villain, no? Or he’s the main villain, no? He was in the first one, ” the actor who voices Rocket Raccoon said.

“We don’t know who his dad is,” the interviewer replied in an assumption that Cooper was trying to say Star-Lord, played by his co-star Chris Pratt.

“Oh,” Cooper says with a laugh, while Miller adds, “Oops.”

Cooper, who voiced Rocket Raccoon, finally comes up with the name Thanos, which prompts the interviewer to follow up with, “That’s not his dad, is it?”

“Well, you just outed it, if it is,” Miller said.

Cooper clarifies, “No, I mean, I don’t know anything, but I thought that was his dad. Maybe I misread it.”

Watch the video above to decide for yourself if Cooper truly doesn’t “know anything” about the movie, or just enough to spoil a question that fans have had been wondering since the tail end of the 2014 blockbuster.
