James Corden, Craig Robinson Make Public Domain Songs Sexy on ‘Late Late Show’ (Video)

The pair jam to “Mary Had a Little Lamb” and “Wheels on the Bus”

“Mary Had a Little Lamb” has never been more provocative.

“The Late Late Show” host James Corden and guest Craig Robinson treated the audience to a few seductive renditions of public domain songs.

They started off with a smooth take on “Mary Had a Little Lamb,” which allowed both Corden and Robinson to showcase their vocal talents.

The pair then segued into other classic hits like “For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow,” “The Wheels on the Bus,” and “She’ll Be Coming ‘Round the Mountain.”

When Robinson almost launched into the Rolling Stones song “Satisfaction,” Corden quickly stopped him and said, “That song is very much NOT public domain.”

They closed the set with a gospel-infused take on that tune all the kids are humming these days, “The Itsy Bitsy Spider.” The audience was on their feet by the end, rocking out to a song they no doubt learned in pre-school.
