Jamie Lee Curtis is attached to star in and executive produce the multi-camera comedy “Quality of Life,” which has been put into development at CBS.

A multi-camera comedy, the project centers on a family-run funeral business and is described as “a show about life and marriage and sibling rivalry and the unique perspective that growing up in a funeral home gives you.”

“Till Death” alum Janis Hirsch serves as writer and executive producer on the multi-camera comedy alongside Curtis.

The project hails from CBS Television Studios and is also executive produced by Eric and Kim Tannenbaum.

Curtis most recently starred in Ryan Murphy’s Fox horror-comedy “Scream Queens” for two seasons, following a recurring role as Zooey Deschanel’s mother on “New Girl.” Tuesday’s announcement comes shortly after it was revealed that Curtis would be reprising her role as Laurie Strode in the next installment of the “Halloween” franchise.
