Joss Whedon is coming to the CW.

“Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog,” the web series he created during the 2007-2008 writer’s strike, will air on the CW at an undisclosed time, Whedon revealed this at Comic-Con on Friday. This is the first time the show will appear on TV.

Whedon said he has been thinking about a “Dr. Horrible 2” but did not say whether that would appear on TV.

The original series starred Neil Patrick Harris, Nathan Fillion and Felicia Day.

Whedon wrote it with his brothers Zack and Jed, as well as Jed’s wife, Maurissa Tancharoen. He also directed it.
