Katie Couric will appear on an upcoming episode of "Glee," her spokesman confirms.
News of the "CBS Evening News" anchor appearing on the show was first reported by The New York Post, which said she will appear in the show's post-Super Bowl episode Feb. 6.
Couric's spokesman declined to elaborate on her appearance, referring questions to Fox. A Fox rep did not immediately return a call for comment.
The appearance on Fox marks a rare appearance for an anchor on another network.
Couric is interviewing "Glee" star Matthew Morrison for a segment airing this weekend on "CBS News Sunday Morning."
The list of people not currently scheduled to appear on "Glee" now stands at Corey Feldman, Michelle Obama, and multi-Emmy winner Christopher Cross.
