Ever have trouble getting your security deposit back after moving out of an apartment?
Take heart, you’re not alone — Kelly Osbourne has the same problem.
“Fashion Police” personality Osbourne has filed suit against the landlord of her former apartment in West Hollywood, Calif., saying that she was stiffed on her security depost, TMZ reports.

Osbourne claims that she dropped $18,700 for a security deposit when she moved in. The landlord never came by to inspect the premises when she was vacating the apartment, according to the suit, but sent her an email afterward, saying that he was keeping the entire deposit for damage and cleaning expenses.
The rock-royalty offspring wants her deposit back — actually, she would get double the amount if she wins the suit, per California law — plus punitive damages.
