As the Spike spinoff from Jimmy Fallon‘s “Tonight Show” continues to be a ratings hit, host LL Cool J revealed in an interview with Rachael Ray who his dream “Lip Sync Battle” contestants would be.
“If you could pick any two people and put them against each other on that show, what do you think would make great televison?” Ray asked in an interview airing on Monday’s episode of the syndicated talk show.
LL Cool J thought about the question for a moment before letting out a massive belly laugh. “There’s so many!” he said. “I think former President Bill Clinton versus former President George Bush would be good.”
After hearing that answer, it’s clear why the rapper and actor found it so funny.
A battle between two former Commanders in Chief would most definitely break the Internet. Clinton seems the type to serenade the crowd with some Marvin Gaye or Barry White, while Bush seems more like a Glen Campbell or Hank Williams type.
LL Cool J‘s appearance on “The Rachael Ray Show” will air Monday, May 4.
