Mammoth multi-channel network BroadbandTV has partnered with YouTube talent management company Atomic Partners. The partnership brings a wealth of new YouTube channels to BroadbandTV, including KYR SP33DY and Woodysgamertag.
As a veteran talent management company, Atomic Partners will bring an excess of knowledge to BroadbandTV and its roster of over 12,000 partners. Previous to partnering with BroadbandTV, Atomic Partners worked exclusively with multi-channel network IGN.
Shahrzad Rafati, CEO and founder of BroadbandTV, explained that Atomic Partner’s expertise in management would help grow the MCN and its existing partners. The Vancouver-based MCN has had no problem with growth, however. In June, BroadbandTV closed a $36 million round of funding from European media company RTL Group.
