Believe Entertainment Group, the digital studio behind shows like “The LeBrons” on MSN and Tiesto’s “In the Booth” on YouTube, is partnering with HGTV personality Sabrina Soto on a new lifestyle series for the AOL On Network.
“Inspired: by Sabrina” will be hosted by Soto, who will share her expertise on lifestyle topics ranging from home decor to food, beauty, fashion, and entertainment. The series will be available via its own dedicated channel on AOL On, and will premiere with five holiday-themed episodes on November 21.
“Inspired: by Sabrina” is executive produced by Soto as well as Bill Masterson and Dan Goodman, the co-founders of Believe Entertainment, which oversees financing, co-production, selling, and distribution for the series. Soto’s production company, S Squared, is handling physical production on the series.
“With our partnership with Sabrina for this original series, we’re focused on creating great content for women,” said Masterson, in a statement. “This is an exciting direction for us as a studio, and we are going with AOL because of the strength of their video offering and ongoing commitment to content, combined with their targeting capabilities against our core audience for the show.”
Beginning with its Newfront slate this year, AOL has made a stronger push into offering reality and lifestyle programming.
“Inspired: by Sabrina” will be sponsored by battery and light brand, Eveready, which is coming on board as launch presenter for the show’s holiday-themed episodes.
The deal with Believe Entertainment and Soto was brokered by CAA, which reps the TV star. Soto is managed by Flutie Entertainment.
