DC Entertainment has ordered 24 additional episodes of online series “DC All Access,” a behind-the-scenes web show that examines the day-to-day operations of the Big Two comic book publisher.
The series initially rolled out in October as a weekly series with 12 slated episodes. However, after seeing the high viewership that the Blair Herter and Tiffany Smith-hosted series generated, DC ordered a second season.
The series follows Herter and Smith as they dive into the world of DC, which includes TV, film, video game, and animated projects across the comic giant’s multiple properties. DC also owns the subsidiary comic companies Vertigo and MAD.
The series airs weekly on DCComics.com and the DC Comics YouTube channel. “DC All Access” is produced by Telepictures Prods, the production company of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “Extra,” and “TMZ.”
