Hulu has named Craig Erwich as its new senior vice president, head of content. He will be responsible for Hulu’s content and programming strategy, including acquiring original/first-run shows, current-season TV programming, and past seasons of US and international TV shows.
Most recently, Erwich was EVP at Warner Horizon Television, a division of Warner Bros. Television Group, where he oversaw development, production, and business operations for seven years. Prior to that, Erwich spent 12 years at Fox Broadcasting. TV shows under his belt include “House,” “24,” “The Voice,” and “Pretty Little Liars.”
Reporting directly to Hulu CEO Mike Hopkins, Erwich will begin his new post on Monday, April 7.
An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated Erwich’s first name as Chad in the headline.
