Fox Digital Studio, the division of 20th Century Fox focused on creating long-form digital shows and films, as well as all types of short-form content, has hired Mel Clements as vice president of branded entertainment.
Clements will be responsible for collaborating with major advertisers to create new IP, and will connect them with new/emerging filmmakers, TV/film writers, and actors to make it happen. He will report to Rick Phillips, SVP of Fox Digital Entertainment.
Prior to Fox Digital Studio, Clements worked as a creative experiences director for Microsoft’s Yarn. There he developed custom ad and branded entertainment opportunities across Windows 8 and Xbox. Past projects include the Chris Evans-starring “Discovered” for Intel and the second season of Believe Entertainment Group’s “The LeBrons.”
