Starting tomorrow, Scripps Network’s digital platform, ulive.com will release three new original series — “5 Minute Relaxation Anywhere”, “Fit Nonstop” and “Dear Buddha”, which VideoInk screened at Magnet Media last month.
ulive is also set to premiere the second seasons of “EstheKitchen”, a format that combines beauty and cooking as host Jessica Bartley reveals at-home recipes for makeup, and “Sick Kitchens with Nadia G”, who gives one family’s kitchen a much needed reboot.
The three new original series fit well with ulive’s overall lifestyle focus merging food, fitness and mental and spiritual health with a twist.
On “5 Minute Relaxation Anywhere”, fitness guru and mindfulness expert Natasha Lloyd teaches viewers how to keep their calm in a variety of situations while “Fit Nonstop” follows YouTuber Kym Perfetto as she shows the audience how to be a fitness junkie without the gym. And rounding out the new programs is “Dear Buddha”, produced by Magnet Media. Dear Buddha puts comedian and mom Carey Reilly on the hunt for “non-traditional roads to wellness, like sound therapy, equine therapy and reiki, to experience first hand a different practice in each episode.”
