Viddsee, an online video platform focused on Asian content, has launched its latest web series “Get Social.”
Described as a mockumentary about a social media startup, “Get Social” tells the story of four twentysomethings trying to navigate their lives while working at ROFL, a social media marketing agency. The main character, played by George Young, is a trust-fund baby who founded the agency after shunning his family’s business to strike out on his own.
In addition to Young, the cast includes Oon Shu Ann, Shane Mardjuki, and Vanessa Ann Vanderstraaten. Supporting roles are played by Chua Enlai, Bobby Tonelli, Amy Cheng, Deborah Teng, and Lin Peifen, with additional guest appearances from online stars such as Tommy Wee and YouTubers Munah and Hirzi.
“Get Social” was created and executive produced by Ervin Han, and is available in full on Viddsee, which to date has specialized in distributing Asian video clips and short films.
