A new series from Bedrocket and PGA Tour with the working title “Clubbed” needs YouTubing cast members. Thus, the first ever digitally-targeted series from the PGA Tour has announced a casting call starting today.
“Clubbed” will pit 12 YouTube personalities against each other in a competition aided by pro golfers. Six of them will mentor pairs of the YouTubers as the series unfolds.
So far, filming is set for the end of this year, preceding a release date during the first quarter of 2015.
The show still needs aspiring golfers drawn from the ranks of YouTube talent. To apply, YouTubers must email contact information, a link to their page on YouTube, and a statement about their interest in golf to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bedrocket is also responsible for action sports channel, Network A, and Flama, a channel targeting Hispanic young adults, which it started this past April with Univision.
