Commercial ad-representation firm Heart, Brains & Nerve has signed Kids at Play, and will represent the Los Angeles-based production company for all of its broadcast commercial work in the Midwest.
Kids at Play produces broadcast commercials as well as a slew of original content for digital media, as well as TV and film. Previous brand clients have included Smirnoff, Pepsi, Nestle Purina, Xbox, LG, and Intel.
On the digital front, Kids at Play is best known for producing an array of comedy web series for content partners ranging from Yahoo and Google to Electus and Principato-Young Entertainment. Credits include Yahoo’s “Tiny Commando,” which was produced with PYE and starred Zachary Levi, Ed Helms, and Gillian Jacobs, and WatchLoud’s “Coogan Auto,” which starred Rob Rigger and was directed by Riggle and Kids at Play founder and executive producer Jason Berger.
“Kids at Play offers a fresh and youthful collective that understands short-form episodic and original content,” said Nathan Skillicorn, founder of Chicago-based Heart, Brains & Nerve. “I see many opportunities for content oriented comedy, so the decision to represent Kids At Play was easy.”
Kids at Play is represented in other areas by UTA and Principato-Young Entertainment.
