The show, produced by NY-based production company Magnet Media, follows Kino MacGregor, an international yoga instructor and author, as she travels to various US cities to practice yoga inspired by the local people, flavors, and architecture. In the first episode, the yoga guru goes to San Francisco, and demonstrates the “Flying Rooster” pose in Washington Square Park.
MacGregor commands a strong presence on YouTube, with a channel that has more than 200,000 subscribers.
“Stop Drop & Yoga” is the second series produced by Magnet Media for Scripps and ulive. The first, “Dear Buddha,” follows an alternative healer.
