Comedian Aziz Ansari is returning to Netflix with a new stand-up comedy special, “Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden,” which will debut on the streaming service on Friday, March 6.
This will be Ansari’s second “original” stand-up special for Netflix, following 2013’s “Buried Alive,” which is currently streaming on the service. His other specials, including “Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening” and “Dangerous Delicious,” are also available on Netflix though only in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
In the new special, Ansari takes the stage in front of a sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden, covering topics ranging from the struggle of American immigrants to the food industry to relationships to gender inequality.
“Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden” is executive produced by Mike Berkowitz, David Becky, and David Miner. The special will be available across all Netflix territories.
