Vubiquity is now powering video-on-demand services across platforms for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ music network, Revolt TV.
With the deal, Vubiquity said it will deliver more than 40 hours of on-demand content to Revolt TV affiliates. This includes music videos, interviews, and original programming like “Revolt Live,” which are all geared toward helping millennials’ discover what’s new and what’s next in music.
In addition to delivery, Vubiquity is also powering transcoding and management for VOD services across Revolt TV’s distribution network.
The Vubiquity-powered VOD service was released, initially, on Time Warner Cable, Verizon FiOS, and Comcast. Revolt TV also distributes programming on its website, which features a live, linear stream, and via its YouTube channel.
“Vubiquity enables the anytime, anywhere viewing our viewers expect, and with distribution to more than 550 service providers globally, they have the footprint to get us anywhere,” explained CEO of Revolt TV, Keith Clinkscales, in a statement.
