Directed by filmmaker Michael Apted, “Bending the Light” focuses on the creators of camera lenses and the creators of art made with those lenses. In a competitive situation, I hear Hulu has landed Myst, a drama series based on the classic 1990s video game, with a script-to-series commitment. The project hails from Legendary Television, The Amazing Spider-Man and Sinister Six producer Matt Tolmach and Divergent writer Evan Daugherty.

Hispanic Digital Entertainment Network TuYo Launching in July
Founded by the former manager of “Latin Icon” Jenni Rivera and producer of the reality series “I Love Jenni,” Peter Salgado, TuYo will feature original (and non-original) series, documentaries, movies, sports, and reality, gaming, and news shows. As for sports, TuYo will focus on boxing, baseball, soccer, and MMA fighting. Music content will include various Spanish language concerts.
USA Network Launches Apple TV App
The network is available on Apple TV under the heading USA Now, a TV Everywhere app. Content is only available through cable providers, so it’s not a standalone service like HBO Now. Rather, it’s meant to expand viewing opportunities for those already getting USA content.
Hulu’s Coming to Five Other Cable Companies
