Fashion and lifestyle-focused multi-channel network StyleHaul has signed a deal to create exclusive original content for Verizon’s newly-launched mobile video platform Go90.
The partnership will focus on reaching young woman in the mobile-savvy millennial demographic that Go90 has identified as its core market. StyleHaul will tap into its creator network to produce original content for Go90 from standout style stars including BubzBeauty, Nikki Philippi, Justine Ezarik (iJustine), Aspyn Ovard and ILikeWeylie, with a combined reach in excess of 16 million subscribers.
The content produced is expected to center around the network’s core women’s interest verticals like fashion, beauty, health, wellness and parenting, but StyleHaul creators will step outside their usual roles and mix things up on screen. For example, Lindy Tsang of Bubzbeauty will turn away from her makeup palette to talk about her recent experiences as a mother, and style and DIY star Aspyn Ovard will take a turn in the kitchen.
Launched in 2010, StyleHaul currently boasts over 6,400 affiliated creators who have generated nearly 27 billion views across their various channels. The network is also home to an array of original programming including “Vanity,” the latest fashion-focused original show from “Lizzie Bennet Diaries” mastermind Bernie Su, and “Web Therapy,” the digital show created by actress Lisa Kudrow (“Friends”).
