Circa, a video‐driven news and entertainment brand, and What’s Trending, a millennial focused media brand, have teamed up to create an original series of daily news and pop culture content on Circa.com and Facebook Live. The series “Circa Pop Live with Shira Lazar,” which stars What’s Trending’s CEO, is set to premiere this summer.
“We believe that having Shira on board will increase our audience interest exponentially overnight and improve our millennial pop culture content instantaneously,” said Rob Dixter, Circa’s Managing Editor. “We are thrilled to start this partnership.”
Circa and What’s Trending will jointly create co-sales opportunities for brand integration to Circa’s social reach of 2.6 billion Facebook users and an additional potential distribution with Sinclair Broadcast Group, which currently reaches 44.3 million U.S. homes.

What’s Trending is an Emmy-Nominated media company that claims to have over 2 million cross platform followers and over 146 million YouTube views to date.
