Blackpills, a digital entertainment media service, has acquired the pan-European rights to “Cold,” a short-form series Repped by Keshet International. The series, which played at this year’s Berlin Film Festival, will roll out on the platform across 15 territories including France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, UK and Ireland.

“Cold” was produced by New Form, a digital entertainment studio, and previously earned two Streamy Award nominations and won one for best drama series.
Created by online influencer and filmmaker Emily Diana Ruth, the show follows the story of 16-year-old Isla Wallis who receives the shock of her life when she discovers that her real father is in prison for killing the mother she never knew. After running away to the remote mining town where she was born, she learns about a series of horrific murders of women that may be connected to her mother’s death.
