It’s official: Miley Cyrus inhaled.

The former “Hannah Montana” put an end to the speculation that has gripped the nation this week by confirming that yes, indeed, it was a joint she was smoking onstage at the EMA on Sunday, while accepting an award for her “Wrecking Ball” video.

Cyrus spilled the beans during an interview with the UK’s Capital FM radio, showing off the bag that she extracted the funny cigarette from and recalling the event.

“We had the joint and we were all,’Should we keep this as like, this is the joint?’ And then we were like, ‘Naaw, it’s fine, just smoke it. Just finish it off,” Cyrus revealed.

The “Wrecking Ball” songbird and professional controversy-stirrer made the case for her own feminist credentials during an interview with BBC’s Radio 1 recently, declaring that she’s “one of the biggest feminists in the world.”

Oh, and she also thinks that women should be allowed to “show their titties on the beach.”

Asked what she thought about the prospects of music videos being rated on the basis of whether they undermine women, Cyrus — who made headlines this summer for her raunchy performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, and  later for appearing to smoke a joint at the MTV EMA awards — went into bra-burner mode and declared her mission to lead the women of the world away from the clutches of fear.

“I feel like I’m one of the biggest feminists in the world, because I tell women to not be scared of anything,” Cyrus declared.

And then Cyrus’ train of thought went slightly off-rail.

“Why, because they’re naked? i mean, those girls are beautiful. Any girl that wants to be naked … guys get to show their titties on the beach, why can’t we?” Cyrus asked. “I mean, it’s just like, I don’t understand the double standard of life. So I feel like, for me, it’s not even that I’m a feminist. I’m for anybody. I’m for everybody, for anything, I don’t care what you want to do in your life, or who you want to be with, who you want to love, what you want to look like…”

Cyrus wrapped up her philosophical jaunt with a carpe diem sentiment.

“You’ve got about 105 years on this earth and, like, you should be happy ever single one of those there’s no reason to not be,” Cyrus offered.

Unless, of course, if we have to listen to Cyrus spout her thoughts for the duration of those 105 years.
