MTV Networks Entertainment Group has promoted Tanya Giles to executive vice president of strategic insights and research.
Giles, who was formerly senior vice president of research and planning, will be responsible for the strategic oversight of research and planning for Comedy Central, TV Land, and Spike TV and their websites, as well as the sites Atom.com and Gametrailers.com.
