Omarosa Says ‘Every Detractor Will Have to Bow Down to President Trump’ (Video)

Donald Trump’s director of African American outreach describes the moment she thinks the GOP nominee decided to run

Why and when exactly did Donald Trump decide to run for office? Well, according to Frontline’s upcoming election special it was the moment he was “filleted” by President Barack Obama during a White House Correspondents Dinner.

Both Omarosa Manigault, Trump’s director of African-American outreach, and Trump advisor Roger Stone claim that the real estate mogul was so humiliated that he decided to run for president.

Omarosa, who was in attendance that evening, recalled thinking: “Oh, Barack Obama is starting something that I don’t know if he’ll be able to finish.”

“I think that is the night that he resolves to run for president,” Stone said in another interview during the “Frontline” special. “I think that he is kind of motivated by it, ‘Maybe I’ll just run. Maybe I’ll just show them all.’”

According to Omarosa, Obama’s public mockery was so embarrassing that Trump became determined to become POTUS.

“Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump,” she said. “It’s everyone who’s ever doubted Donald, who ever disagreed, who ever challenged him. It is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe.”

Frontline’s two hour special airs September 27 on PBS at 9 p.m. EST.
