Shannon Petranoff was appointed Senior Vice President of Interactive Marketing for Paramount Pictures, the studio’s President of Domestic Marketing, Steve Siskind, announced Monday.
In her new role, Petranoff will oversee the studio’s domestic theatrical digital marketing across digital, mobile and social platforms.
She most recently was in charge of creative strategy for Snapchat’s West Coast advertising team. Before that, she served as the Vice President of Interactive Marketing at Paramount, where she developed digital campaigns for “Interstellar,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and “The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out of Water,” among others.
Before serving at Paramount, Petranoff was the Director of Creative Services Marketing for Walt Disney Animation Studios and DisneyToon Studios, and Director of Digital Distribution for Disney Interactive.
