Ratings: ‘Blood & Treasure’ Series Premiere Doesn’t Bring Riches to CBS

NBC tops Tuesday in key demo despite “The Voice” finale setting a new record low

“The Voice” hit rock-bottom for a season finale on Tuesday, though NBC still won primetime among adults 18-49. CBS finished first in total viewers thanks to its “NCIS” season finale, and less because of the “Blood & Treasure” series premiere.

With CBS claiming silver in the key demo, ABC and Fox ended up in a third-place tie.

NBC was first in ratings with a 0.9 rating/4 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 6.3 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Village” season finale at 8 p.m. had a 0.6/3 and 4.2 million viewers. “The Voice” from 9 to 11 averaged a 1.1/5 and 7.4 million viewers.

CBS was second in ratings with a 0.8/4 and first in viewers with 7.8 million. “NCIS” at 8 landed a 1.2/6 and 11.9 million viewers. From 9-11, “Blood & Treasure” averaged a 0.6/3 and 5.7 million viewers.

ABC and Fox tied for third in ratings, both with a 0.6/3. ABC was third in total viewers with 2.7 million, Fox was fourth with 2.3 million.

For ABC, the “American Housewife” season finale at 8 had a 0.7/4 and 3.6 million viewers. At 8:30, the “Kids Are Alright” season (and series) finale got a 0.6/3 and 3 million viewers. The “Black-ish” season finale at 9 received a 0.7/3 and 2.9 million viewers. The “Bless This Mess” season finale at 9:30 closed the sitcom block with a 0.6/3 and 2.8 million viewers. Docuseries “1969” at 10 managed a 0.4/2 and 1.9 million viewers.

For Fox, “MasterChef Junior” at 8 had a 0.8/4 and 2.9 million viewers. At 9, the season finale for “Mental Samurai” got a 0.5/2 and 1.6 million viewers.

Telemundo and Univision tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.4/2. Telemundo was fifth in total viewers with 1.198 million, Univision was sixth with 1.161 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in viewers with 758,000. Following a repeat, “The 100” at 9 had a 0.2/1 and 778,000 viewers.
