“The Real Housewives of New York” are never short on reasons to fight and on Tuesday’s episode it was a battle over brunch for two of the ladies.
When the Housewives ventured out of the city to Luann de Lesseps’ house in the Hamptons, Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer butted heads over who was going to host the boozy meal.
“It’s the battle of the alpha dogs,” Carole Radziwill said, foreshadowing a showdown: “These fights never cease to amaze me.”
“You come over in the morning, that’s all we know,” Bethenny told Sonja Morgan as the ladies all gathered at Luann’s housewarming party.
However, the invite rubbed Ramona the wrong way. “You’re not going anywhere, you’re my guest … I have four guests and you’re at my house,” she said.
“I did not know that she was signed up to your camp. Did you send me a memo, are you out of your mind?” marveled Frankel.
“Is this inappropriate brunch invitation behavior? I missed that chapter. My next book is going to be ‘Bitches Who Brunch,’” the author and Skinnygirl creator said to the camera after the confrontation.
“The Real Housewives of New York City,” airs on Bravo on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
