Robert De Niro & Paul McCartney to Appear on ‘SNL’ Next Month

Jeff Bridges and Paul Rudd are also set to host the NBC show

NBC has announced that Oscar winners Robert De Niro and Jeff Bridges will host "Saturday Night Live" next month, along with "How Do You Know" star Paul Rudd.

De Niro will host "SNL" for the third time on Dec. 4 in anticipation of the Dec. 22 release of Universal's "Little Fockers." Sean Combs' latest project Diddy-Dirty Money will serve as the musical guest.

Rudd will host on Dec. 11 to promote the Dec. 17 release of James L. Brooks' romantic comedy, which co-stars Reese Witherspoon, Owen Wilson and Jack Nicholson.

The musical guest that week will be Paul McCartney, who has previously appeared on "SNL" twice before.

Bridges will host the Dec. 18 show to hype both of his upcoming movies — "Tron: Legacy" and "True Grit." Eminem and Lil Wayne are scheduled to perform the hit song "No Love" from the album "Recovery."

"Love and Other Drugs" star Anne Hathaway will host "SNL" this coming week, backed by musical guest Florence + the Machine.

"SNL" has been a roll this year with its star-studded lineup of hosts, including big screen starlets Scarlett Johansson and Emma Stone, as well as TV stars Jon Hamm ("Mad Men"), Amy Poehler ("Parks and Recreation"), Bryan Cranston ("Breaking Bad") and Jane Lynch ("Glee").
