“Roseanne” went out with a bang with Tuesday night’s season finale. And though this episode put up lower Nielsen numbers than last week’s, the ABC revival still managed to top NBC’s season finale of “The Voice” — and every other show on broadcast TV — in the all-important adults 18-49 age range.

The “Roseanne” finale scored a 2.4 rating/11 share and 10.3 million viewers. Those gaudy figures for the half-hour sitcom weren’t enough for ABC to topple first-place NBC in terms of primetime averages.

CBS, which was runner-up in total viewers for the night, aired the most-watched show of the night: the “NCIS” season finale.

NBC was first in ratings with a 1.4 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 7.8 million, according to preliminary numbers. A “Voice” recap at 8 p.m. put up a 1.1/5 and 6.1 million viewers. The actual two-hour season finale starting at 9 posted a 1.5/6 and 8.7 million viewers.

ABC was second in ratings with a 1.3/5 and third in viewers with 5.6 million. Following “Roseanne,” the one-hour series finale of “The Middle” starting at 8:30 landed a 1.7/7 and 7.1 million viewers. At 9:30, the season finale of “Splitting Up Together” had a 1.0/4 and 4.1 million viewers. The “For the People” season finale at 10 got a 0.5/2 and 2.5 million viewers.

CBS was third in ratings with a 0.8/3 and in viewers with 7.6 million. The “NCIS” season finale at 8 earned a 1.2/5 and 11.8 million viewers. Following a rerun, the premiere of “48 Hours: NCIS” at 10 received a 0.5/2 and 4.2 million viewers.

Fox, Telemundo and The CW tied for fourth in ratings, each with a 0.5/2.

Fox was fourth in total viewers with 1.55 million, airing just 2008 movie “Hancock.”

The CW was fifth in total viewers with 1.54 million. “The Flash” season finale at 8 had a 0.8/3 and 2.1 million viewers. “The 100” at 9 got a 0.3/1 and 963,000 viewers.

Telemundo was seventh in total viewers with 1.2 million.

Univision was seventh in ratings with a 0.4/2 and sixth in viewers with 1.3 million.
