Sarah Palin to Appear on ‘Oprah’

Nov. 16 interview with former Alaska governor will be her first on new book, Harpo says.

Oprah Winfrey, who reportedly said during the 2008 presidential campaign that she would not invite Sarah Palin on her show, will sit down with the former Republican VP candidate on Nov. 16.

The noted Barack Obama backer did say then, however, that she would be willing to host Palin after the election.

According to Harpo Productions, the interview will be Palin’s first about her new book, "Going Rogue: An American Life," and it will be the first time Palin and Winfrey will meet.
