The fellowship is designed to advance the careers of emerging screenwriters through introductions to key entertainment industry leaders

ScreenCraft has secured three Oscar-winning screenwriters as mentors for its third annual screenwriting fellowship, the platform announced Thursday.

Geoffrey Fletcher (“Precious”), Diana Ossana (“Brokeback Mountain”) and Robert Moresco (“Crash”) are three of the mentors for this years fellowship winners.

Other mentors include producer Lawrence Grey, literary manager Ari Lubet and writing instructor Robert McKee. These Hollywood veterans will meet with the recipients of the $1,000 writing grant for one-on-one screenplay development and mentorship.

Winners will also receive an all-expenses paid trip to Los Angeles for the meetings.

The annual fellowship is designed to advance the careers of emerging screenwriters through ongoing consultation and introductions to key entertainment industry leaders.

Last year, the fellowship received more than 2,000 applicants from around the world. Recipients of the fellowship went on to secure agents and managers at companies including Paradigm Talent Agency, Anonymous Content and ICM.

Applications for the fellowship are due by January 15, 2016. The fellowship is presented by Final Draft.
