‘Shahs of Sunset’ Releases Updated Season 4 Trailer: Meet the New Girl (Video)

Bravo’s hit reality show about Iranian-Americans in L.A. will finally return in March

Bravo has released an updated trailer for the upcoming fourth season of “Shahs of Sunset.” And its Iranian-American stars are returning with more drama and more secrets.

The new, slightly longer trailer includes with new graphics and an introduces new cast member Asifa Mirza (who’s replacing Lilly Ghalichi, who left the show after last season). We learn that Asifa, a feisty half Persian, half Indian woman was married, then divorced and then started dating again.

The opening shot of Season 4’s sneak peek features peacekeeper Asa Soltan Rahmati saying, “This is the perfect time for us to leave all the crap behind and move forward”.

Yet, after the two-minute trailer, it seems as though Season 4 will be far from leaving things behind — except maybe Lilly.

The trailer reveals Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi’s allegation that she and Mike Shouhed had a sexual rendezvous; Mike’s engagement to his longtime girlfriend, Jessica; Mercedes “MJ” Javid’s new love interest, who also happens to be 10 years her junior; a hint at Reza’s marriage and reference to a pre-nup; and Asa’s controversial and artistic endeavors.

The “Shahs of Sunset” premiere was originally set for October, but it was pushed back to next month when post-production crew went on strike.

Season 4 of “Shahs of Sunset” will premiere Monday, March 2 on Bravo at 10 p.m., and then will move to its regular time slot at 9 p.m.
