‘Teen Beach 2’ Stars Help Teach Kids About Robotics (Video)

Ross Lynch, Chrissie Fit and John DeLuca join Inner City Arts students to demonstrate Disney Research team’s latest invention

The stars of the upcoming Disney Channel original movie “Teen Beach 2” helped a group of children learn about robotics.

Ross Lynch, Chrissie Fit and John DeLuca joined members of the Disney Research team as they taught student members of the Inner City Arts program about the team’s latest invention, Beachbot, in Playa del Rey, California.

The robot is computer-programmed to create art in sand using a special rake attached to the back. It is part of Disney ABC Television Group’s recently announced “Summer of Creativity” initiative, designed to help inspire youths to change the world.

“Teen Beach 2” premieres June 26 at 8pm ET/PT. It is the sequel to “Teen Beach Movie” the number two movie in all of cable television history.
