An injury could derail Daniel’s weight loss journey — and his shot at love — in a new preview of TLC’s “Fat Chance.”
Each episode of the reality series, which debuts Wednesday, explores one person’s three-month journey to lose a specific amount of weight before confessing hidden feelings to a special someone they’ve never had the courage to approach.
The premiere episode follows Daniel, who weighs over 300 pounds. As a single father juggling life in the courtroom and at home, his lifelong fight with obesity has him against the ropes.
He hopes to lose 84 pounds and gain the confidence to ask out his childhood crush Christina, but as the clip shows, a knee injury could complicate his weight loss journey.
