The actor accused of hacking his mother to death with a sword has been arraigned in New York City on charges of second-degree murder, the Assocaited Press reported.
Michael Brea, who had small roles in ABC's now-canceled show "Ugly Betty" and the movie "Step Up 3D," did not enter a plea at his Friday arraignment.
