"The Walking Dead" survivors are preparing to wage war against the Governor in the latest preview from the second half of the third season.
"He wants a war, he's got one," Glenn says as someone — who appears to be Andrea — visits the prison.

Why does it seem like he may be talking to Andrea? Because the governor tells her in another scene: "Andrea, you go to that prison — stay there."
The zombie drama returns Feb. 10.
