Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson returned to kick off Fox’s “Friday Night SmackDown,” dropping an amazing promo on Baron Corbin — and then a People’s Elbow onto the jabroni.

Becky Lynch, a.k.a. “The Man,” started out on stage talking some major smack to King Corbin before their banter was interrupted by The Rock’s return to his old stomping grounds. Of course, Johnson wasn’t going to let Corbin claim the moment — and the former Rocky Maivia definitely wasn’t going to let the 2019 King of the Ring insult him or the “Raw” Women’s Champion.

The Rock then called King Corbin a “broke a– Burger King on crack” before getting the entire audience at Staples Center to chant “S-T-D” at the Lone Wolf,  conveniently (and sarcastically) labeling him a “Super Tough Dude.”

“That’s what happens when you come out and insult the people, and that’s what happens when you come out and insult the jabroni-beating, pie-eating, trailblazing, eyebrow-raising, from Los Angeles all the way to Japan — you’re getting ready to get your monkey a– whooped by The Rock, and The Man!” Johnson said.

Johnson and Lynch then took turns administering a smackdown to Corbin, with The Rock busting out some of his iconic moves. The People’s Elbow was followed up with a Rock Bottom — you can see that sequence via the videos below.

Before Johnson left the Los Angeles ring, he delivered his famous “If you smell what The Rock is cookin’” line, which helped build “SmackDown” two decades ago.

The popular wrestler, known more by his birth name these days, hasn’t been on “SmackDown” since 2013. Long since retired from the WWE, he has made sporadic appearances, with the most recent coming in WrestleMania 32 in 2016.
