AMC released the first four minutes of the midseason premiere of “The Walking Dead” on Wednesday.

The clip (below) picks up essentially where the post-credit scene from the midseason finale left off,  with Daryl (Norman Reedus), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green), and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) held at gunpoint by a group of bikers on the road who plan to take everything our heroes currently possess.

One of the bikers says that they do not own any of their items anymore. “Your property now belongs to Negan,” the lead biker says. He disarms the group and tells them that he expects them to lead him and the other bikers to their camp.

The leader then sends one of his men around the back of the tanker truck with Daryl to search for any other supplies they may be carrying.

Abraham makes the mistake of asking who Negan is, leading the biker to point a gun directly at Abraham. Sasha tries to intervene, which only leads to the biker pointing another gun at Sasha.

Negan is a major villain in the “Walking Dead” comic series. He will be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan on the show and will appear in the final episode of season six before returning as a series regular in season seven.

“The Walking Dead” season six resumes on Feb. 14, 2016 at 9 p.m./8c.
