White House Correspondents’ Dinner Spoof: Steven Spielberg Follows ‘Lincoln’ With ‘Obama’ (Video)

The acclaimed producer/director lampoons his hit film for the Saturday event

Steven Spielberg exemplified the combined Hollywood and political forces that descended on the capital at Saturday’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner with a spoof of his hit film, “Lincoln.”

Titled “Obama,” it stars Daniel Day-Lewis once again transformed into the main character with co-star Tracy Morgan (“30 Rock”) as Joe Biden.

It was the likes of which we hadn’t seen in, well, about 15 minutes before when the event launched with a “House of Cards” spoof, but it was just as unpredictable and exciting when it dropped during President Barack Obama’s speech.
