TBS’ ‘Glory Daze’ Won’t Move on to Sophomore Year

College comedy done after nine episodes

The "Glory Daze" are over at TBS.

The cable outlet announced on Thursday that it has declined to renew its comedy/drama "Glory Daze" after just one season of nine episodes.

The series, which featured Kelly Blatz, Matt Bush, Hartley Sawyer and Andrew Seeley, followed a gang of pals as they grappled with college life in 1980s Wisconsin. "Glory Daze" was created by Walt Becker ("Van Wilder," "Wild Hogs") and Michael LeSieur.

TBS gave the green light to the series last May; the show premiered in November.

The cancellation was first reported by Deadline.com.
