The Oscar winner will join Bruce Willis, Mary-Louise Parker, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren in the sequel to the 2010 film about a group of aging CIA operatives who find it difficult to retire.

Expect lots of jokes about creaky bodies and failing vision to go along with a new European setting.

Despite — or perhaps because of — its cast of AARP members, the first film was a surprise hit with audiences, racking up $200 million worldwide.

Also rounding out the film's cast will be Byung-Hun Lee ("G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra"), the studio said.

Dean Parisot will direct the action comedy from a screenplay by Erich and Jon Hoeber, who wrote the script for the first installment of the film. Lorenzo DiBonaventura and Mark Vahradian will produce the film through their DiBonaventura Pictures banner.

The film is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2013.

Malkovich, Parker, and Zeta-Jones are represented by WME. Willis, Mirren, and Lee are represented by CAA. Malkovich is represented by Principato-Young Entertainment.
